We have an opportunity to join us as an Assistant Residential Worker at our care home located in London Road, Harston, Cambridge.

We provide full time residential care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have learning or physical disabilities and/or additional health or behavioural needs.

• Support to gain your Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• An experienced staff team member to mentor you
• Generous annual leave allowance, increasing with length of service, plus the option to buy additional leave
• Generous mileage allowance of 45p per mile (up to first 10,000 miles and then 25p per mile). An additional fuel allowance of £30 per month has been agreed for the 2022/23 financial year for employees driving over 300 business miles per month.
• Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
• An hourly rate equivalent to £10.19 - £10.39 with enhanced pay rates for Saturdays (£15.29), Sundays (£17.91) and bank holidays (£20.38)
• Free on-site parking
