The LGSS Helpdesk is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser.
You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and LGSS customers, with enquiries, issues and service requests related to the Finance Operations Service.
The Finance Operations Teams provide a wide range of transactional services to multiple large public sector organisations. The services include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Debt Management, Financial Assessments and Client Funds.
You will need:
• To be articulate and able to communicate in a clear manner to a varied customer base.
• To have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service with an ability to work effectively both as an individual, and as part of a team.
• To have an ability to accurately record all initial and subsequent contacts, providing ownership through to resolution.
• To be able to identify and communicate opportunities to improve current ways of working.
