Are you passionate about Customer Service? Looking for a new challenge? We have three full time positions available within our Customer Service team based at Pathfinder House, Huntingdon. Our core working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 4:30pm. The position will be on a fixed term 12-month contract. Our aim is to provide the people of Huntingdonshire with the high-quality customer service they deserve.

We are the first point of contact for the public accessing the council services via phone, email, social media and face to face. The main access channel is the telephone therefore the roles are predominantly call centre based.

We are looking for highly motivated people with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to customer service to join our busy and supportive team. You will be familiar with working in a customer service environment and have excellent customer service skills, along with a good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages and the Internet. You must be able to assimilate a wide variety of information. You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme, along with ongoing coaching and development from your Team Leader.

The Customer Service team are currently working in Pathfinder House in Huntingdon. Should there be a need to work remotely in the future we will remain flexible to best support the needs of the service. Candidates should be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
