Do you have a passion to deliver excellent customer service skills?

Do you have experience of dealing with customers face to face, online and via the telephone?

This is a Contact Centre role and involves answering enquiries from members of the public and professionals using a variety of contact methods. The role involves both home working and working in our office in St Ives. The starting salary is £21, 748.

We are looking for professional and friendly individuals, who have good communication skills. Applicants should have experience in using different IT systems to carry out their work. Applicants should be self-motivated and be able to work alone or as part of a team. Full IT and service training will be available to ensure applicants are able to carry out the role.

Candidates successful at the shortlisting stage will need to complete an assessment which will take place in the week commencing Monday 8th November. At this stage, applicants will also need to provide proof of their qualifications.

Applicants who are successful at the assessment stage, will be interviewed in the .weeks commencing 15th and 22nd November.

We will be looking to start the successful candidate’s induction training from the start date of Monday 10th January 2022.
