Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience of dealing with customers?

We have immediate vacancies at Cambridgeshire County Council's Alconbury and Huntingdon receptions. Primarily based at either of these 2 sites, you will be required to occasionally travel to the other building. You will have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and IT literate. You will have a professional telephone manner and be able to work alone and as part of a team.

You will provide an efficient experience to customers via telephone, e-mail, face to face and other contact methods as required. You will utilise relevant computer systems to provide first contact resolution or next steps information to all enquiries. You will also be responsible for an administration workload to support Customer Services with contacts (e.g. online forms and e-mails).

Candidates successful at the shortlisting stage will be asked to attend an assessment on Thursday, 30th September. Candidates successful at the assessment stage will be invited to attend a 1 hour interview in office hours, week commencing 4th October.
