Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service coupled with frontline experience of dealing with customers?

This full-time vacancy is associated with two of our reception sites, with the expectation that the post holder will work across both in accordance with site requirements and business needs. You will be based at the front of house, greeting and dealing with visitor queries. The two sites are New Shire Hall at Alconbury and Scott House at Huntingdon. Attendance at some other locations may be required for induction and training purposes.

With excellent communication and customer service skills, you will be self-motivated, IT literate, have a professional telephone manner and be able to work alone and as part of a team.

You will need to provide an effective and efficient multi-channel contact experience to customers via the telephone, e-mail, face to face and other contact methods as required. You will utilise the relevant computer systems and knowledge base to provide first contact resolution where possible/next steps information on all customer enquiries. You will also be responsible for a dedicated administration workload to support Customer Services with contacts from a variety of channels (e.g. online forms and e-mails).

Following testing, successful candidates will be invited to attend a one-hour interview on 5th August within office hours at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald. We are looking for the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.
