The roles:

• Providing expertise and consultancy at senior and board level in the field of digital service design.
• Forming and leading small collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery teams to create and deliver innovative digital services for cross cutting problems
• Supporting cultural change and skills development to support organisations to increase their capacity to deliver digital change.

• Creative, innovative with a wealth of technical IT and agile project management knowledge
• Highly influential and persuasive with and polished communication skills at senior and board level
• Assertive and able to successfully challenge traditional ideas and ways of thinking
• Customer focussed with a knowledge and understanding of our partner organisations businesses and new and emergent technologies
• Passionate, personable, approachable, self-motivated and able to enthuse others.

We have several roles:

- supporting Milton-Keynes Council and LGSS
- supporting Northamptonshire County Council and its federated organisations and LGSS
- supporting LGSS Digital - an exciting role to manage the delivery of our digital technology platform
- supporting Norwich City Council and LGSS

*Note that salary range and terms and conditions are dependent on location of the role. We are prepared to offer a competitive salary for exceptional candidates. Candidates can be based in Northampton, Cambridge, Milton-Keynes or Norwich, travel between those sites will be necessary from time to time.
