Facility & Site Maintenance Technician

Grafham Water Centre is looking to appoint a Facility & Site Maintenance Technician. The day-to-day job will be focused on supporting the Facilities & Site Supervisor in completing works around the grounds, facilities, and activity equipment to deliver an excellent, safe service to our customers. It is a great opportunity for someone to make the position their own and have a real impact!

They will contribute to the safety and maintenance of the Centre’s buildings and related resources and ensure the Centre’s facilities are safe and well-functioning, creating a suitable environment for the Centre’s staff and its customers. The role will involve general maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, grounds, and activity resources. Please see the attached Job Description for further details about the role.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who is committed to delivering the best service to our customers and staff – a smile and a sense of humour is a must! The post holder will have a good level of organisation and planning skills, they will work closely with the Facility and Site Supervisor to ensure the maintenance of the Centre is kept in line with the high standards set by management to create an environment which is loved by customers. Hours, pay and benefits
• Average of 37 hours per week on an annualised hours contract.

• Salary – Grade 2 £18,933- £19,312 per annum
