East Cambs Early Help District Team Child & Family Centre currently has a vacancy for a full-time (37hrs/week) Family Worker. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team supporting families throughout East Cambridgeshire. Based in our Littleport Child & Family Centre office, but with some working from home, candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout the District.

On applying for this post, candidates need to evidence how they meet each of the essential criteria in the person specification, giving details of their experience along with examples of their practice.

Benefits of working for Cambridgeshire County Council include:
• Training and development
• Pay scale is SCP 6 to SO1 (£24,982 to £29,577)
• Excellent index-linked, defined benefit pension scheme including life assurance benefits
• Generous annual leave entitlement increasing with length of service and ability to buy more
