Are you passionate about the power of music and the arts to support wellbeing, creativity and inclusion?

Cambridgeshire Music works throughout Cambridgeshire to provide high quality performing arts education and therapy. We are looking for a highly motivated fundraiser to establish a new Fundraising Manager post.

This is an exciting opportunity to scale up a successful fundraising operation, in order to support our service’s growth and resilience.

We are offering this role as a permanent part-time contract, at three or four days per week.

The successful candidate will work on a hybrid working pattern, with flexibility to work from home and from our offices in Huntingdon (subject to Government COVID guidelines). There will also occasionally be a requirement to work from other locations in the county.

The Fundraising Manager will identify current and future activity that is attractive to potential supporters; produce and promote our case for investment; write applications; project manage digital campaigns; manage stakeholder relationships; and manage our fundraising infrastructure.

You will be able to demonstrate that you understand how to build a case for support and have excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. You will have a track record of meeting goals and deadlines, with at least three years’ experience of working in a fundraising capacity and experience of building and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme
• Employee benefits including cycle to work scheme and shopping discounts

We are proud to serve the diverse communities of Cambridgeshire and want our workforce to be reflective of this diversity, which we believe benefits our employees, the organisation, and our communities.

Interviews are expected to take place in the week commencing 6 December 2021.
