Hours:
37 per week

Working Pattern:
To be worked over a two-week rota of 3 shifts per week

£30,984 - £35,336 per annum (City Pay Band 5) + enhanced rates for Weekends and Bank Holidays

We are currently seeking a fully skilled HGV vehicle and plant fitter to join our team at our workshop facility, based in Waterbeach.

Within this role you will:

 Carry out servicing and repairs (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic) to a wide range of fleet and private vehicles
 Prepare and present a wide range of internal and external contracted fleet for annual MOT tests
 Assist the Workshop Team Leader in accurately maintaining all stock parts, recording information on job cards using the fleet management system

Our ideal candidate will hold a City and Guilds level 2 certificate in motor vehicle repair, or equivalent and will have experience of the servicing and repair of HGV and LCV vehicles along with the ability to diagnose complex vehicle faults.

The successful candidate must hold a full driving licence.

A category C HGV driving licence would also be advantageous although we will support full training for the successful candidate to obtain this.
