We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our highly regarded Independent Living Service to ensure that our tenants can live safely and independently.

With a passion for supporting the needs of older people in the community you will have the ability to actively listen and sensitively respond to our service users and, as we have social purpose at the heart of what we do; the successful candidate will build and maintain a number of relationships with partner agencies and contractors to ensure that any special requirements are communicated and records are kept updated.
We are looking for someone who:

 Has excellent communication skills
 Has the ability to work as part of a team
 Is self-motivated
 Is well organised

To you, providing support is more than just a job and you will want to make every resident feel valued and respected. Along with your experience of working with adults at risk you will also have sound knowledge of the health and social care needs of older people. You will be able to use your unique empathy and creativity skills to face challenges, solve problems and improve the quality of life for our service users.

Owing to the nature of this position you will need to be able to travel across the city by car or bicycle.
