Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for the next step in your career?

The Reablement Service provides successful and person focused short term support to adults at home, in order to minimise their care needs and maximize their independence. We are a fast moving responsive service and are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for care provision who want to make a difference for the people living in their local communities.

About you

You will have experience working in a similar environment, promoting independence and be dedicated to improving service user’s lives and will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.

You will be confident in completing care and risk assessments within service user’s homes and be organized and methodical in recording accurate and confidential information. You will have sound knowledge and applications of CQC compliance, policies and procedures.

Your outstanding communication skills will not only benefit your direct work but also your relationships with colleagues and third parties when assessing needs and planning care.

You will be a team player with clear decision making skills that are in the best interests of the service user, having a can-do positive attitude and a flexible approach.

You will need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle, as this role includes travel across Cambridge.
