The Learning and Development Service manages the development and delivery of learning programmes and interventions, across North Northamptonshire Council, West Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire Childrens’ Trust. We are looking to recruit two Learning and Development Trainer/Advisers who can contribute to and support the development and delivery of learning and development programmes for customers.

You will be passionate about developing people, with a proven track record in the design and delivery of learning and development programmes and particularly business systems projects, providing innovative blended learning solutions. You will be proficient in the use of technology, have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with experience of working to influence and introduce new approaches.

We are looking for individuals who have:
• the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• drive to successfully design and implement interactive, challenging and stimulating learning content, utilising appropriate technologies
• good communication, facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
digital literacy, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, e-learning and webinar delivery
• experience of delivering Social Care business systems (CareFirst, Capita One, Care Store, or Eclipse) would be an advantage
• experience of utilising fully blended learning approaches, technologies and methodologies
