Cambridge City Council’s Housing Service has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual, committed to excellent customer service, to come and join our team.

Working across the City Homes, Supported Housing, Estates and Facilities and Housing Advice services, you’ll play a key role in supporting performance improvement and service development for our tenants, leaseholders and customers.

Helping to provide clarity and transparency in service delivery, you will consult on and regularly refresh the service’s policies and procedures while also helping to deliver service objectives.

With practical experience of work in a social housing setting, you will be able to demonstrate an appreciation of what is meant by good customer service. You will also have extensive experience of using a range of contemporary software packages such as Microsoft Officer and other core business IT systems to produce and analyse performance data.

If you have experience of working on your own initiative with excellent interpersonal skills, then we want to hear from you.
