The Housing Development Agency (HDA) is the City’s dedicated housing development team that provides housing for Cambridge residents that is affordable, sustainable and fit for the future.
Working as the Project Management Assistant, this is your chance to provide efficient and effective administration support to the team as they undertake their responsibilities for the Council’s ambitious new build programme.

You will develop and operate manual and electronic data systems and generate electronic reports as well as being an initial point of contact for the team. Your experience of working in a customer focused service will enable you to demonstrate a confident and professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers and managing their expectations.

The successful candidate will be well organised, methodical and will be able to manage competing demands successfully. You will be responsible for negotiating and scheduling meetings to ensure that urgent matters are prioritised. You will be required to minute complex and confidential meetings.

Undertaking project based tasks you will have the ability to work proactively, managing a large workload and work upon your own initiative. With a willingness to work flexibly within a team we would welcome applications from individuals who have previous experience of the Orchard Housing Management System.
