Project Office Administrator: Fixed Term Role until 31/07/2020
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Project Office team as a full time Project Office Administrator. This post is perfect for a highly organised, methodical individual ready for the challenge of supporting an IT Project Office servicing around 5000 Healthcare users.
The main responsibilities include supporting the Development Manager in the administration of the Project Office tools as well as providing administration support to the team. This includes setting up meetings, taking of notes, updating project documentation templates, supporting technical documentation, handling enquiries via telephone and email from Customers and other IM&T colleagues.
It is essential for the post holder to be able to manage a demanding workload ensuring correct prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met. Competence in the use of MS office including Excel, Word, Visio, are also key to being successful in this role. Good communication skills are also required.
