Project Officer - part time - salary is pro-rata

Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board (NSAB) is looking for a Project Officer (part time – 20 hours) to join the Business Office. This is a permanent post.

To meet the needs of the priorities and key themes in the NSAB strategic plan, the Project Officer will support the Business Manager to ensure all delivery plans for the NSAB structure are delivered in a timely manner. You will:
- Deliver high quality support to the Business Manager with a primary focus on Quality & Performance.
- Support the improvement of a more robust audit process (single and multi-agency) to ensure appropriate policy and practice is in place, as well improving the data dashboard.
- Support the review, refresh and development of multi-agency policy and procedures, and help with any relevant inspection regimes, such as for CQC Local Authority Assurance.
- Ensure compliance with the NSAB Quality Assurance Framework, therefore, you will have experience of completing robust action plans and be able to analyse and interpret data to create detailed reports to inform NSAB partners.
- Contribute to the annual business planning cycle including strategic planning and the annual report.
- Support engagement and learning events with agencies and service users as necessary, as well as other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Business Manager.

What you will bring to the role:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and able to multi-task.
- Evidence excellent working relationships with senior managers and stakeholders and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience of using MS Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of, or a keen interest in safeguarding adults.
