We have a unique opportunity for an individual to play a senior role in a customer focused application support team, providing expertise on a wide range of applications ensuring that they’re available and fit for purpose and that staff are trained in their use.
Working as part of a small team you’ll join us with experience in the delivery of IT support services and a keen eye for detail. Of course, you will be able to work well with colleagues as well as being organised, accurate and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
In addition to analysing and resolving problems, improving functionality and performance you will be responsible for routine system upgrades and enhancements and will provide business information and complex data reports related to both operational and performance information for the service.
We will look to you to document procedures and provide guidance and training so a good understanding of the use of information systems to facilitate efficient work practices is essential.
