An opportunity to join our Adult Social Care Commissioning Team as a Senior Commissioner for Early Intervention Services is now available for someone who is dynamic, flexible, and fully invested in delivering the best outcomes possible for our diverse populations and communities.

• Innovate and drive continued transformation of services through collaboration and partnership working, with the needs of service users always at the heart of everything we do.
• Contribute positively to the work we do and the environment we’ve created. A can-do attitude and flexible approach and ability to deliver in a multi-agency environment goes a long way.
• Demonstrate confidence in managing and influencing service direction across a range of stakeholder groups and organisations
• Manage the financial side of things in driving value for money through the delivery and management of robust commercial models within the market
• Embrace innovation and work with services creatively to improve outcomes
• Demonstrate experience and confidence in line management of a high performing team
