Senior Trade Operative (Electrical)
Would you like to join our forward-thinking team at Northampton Partnership Homes which has recently been restructured to help us to achieve the objectives of our new ambitious repairs and compliance strategy.

We are going places, we are positive about our future and see you as being integral to helping us to achieve our strategic objectives. An important part of the management team, you will provide us with an essential link between a specific geographical trade team and management.
As the Senior Trade Operative (Electrical), your main responsibilities will include:
• Site supervision and quality control of multi-skilled tradesmen within the void property team and across the responsive electrical a geographical area
• Dealing with escalated concerns from tenants
• Taking lead responsibility for a carpentry apprentice and carpentry trade improver post
The ideal Senior Trade Operative (Electrical) will have:
• Proven experience within the electrical field with demonstrable success and achievements
• Fully qualified electrician, ideally with qualified supervisor experience (training for the QS will be provided though)
• Experience in a middle manager / supervisory capacity
• A passion for NPH and helping us to achieve our objectives
• Excellent customer care skills
In return, the successful candidate will be offered a salary of £33,799.00 plus a competitive package including local government pension scheme, flexible working & a raft of family friendly policies, together with a commitment to CPD and further qualifications, 28 Days Leave + Bank Holidays.
