About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced qualified accountant looking for an influential role to join our team.
This is an opportunity to take a real ‘hands on’ approach to finance, working closely with a range of key stakeholders as this young organisation grows and develops.
As a senior Finance Business Partner you will be expected to lead and manage members of the finance team as well as contributing to the strategic and operational management of financial services.
The role of the Senior Finance Business Partner is to lead the provision of high quality financial support to Directors, Heads of Service and Service Managers. This is a high profile role and requires good management skills to ensure finance services provided are professional and customer focused.

You will be an enthusiastic leader looking to play a pivotal role in shaping what our service delivery will look like in the future and how we can make a difference in the ever changing and challenging finance environment.
You will have experience in managing, motivating and developing staff within the team, providing support to ensure that priorities are identified, objectives achieved and to enhance the overall level of performance and morale.
We’re looking for an accomplished, confident, self-motivated and innovative leader.
As a senior Business Partner you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders, gaining an in depth knowledge of the drivers and challenges that they face to inform the analysis of the results. You will use your knowledge, experience and financial expertise to promote best financial practices across the organisation.

The Trust is wholly owned and funded but operationally independent from the Councils.
