The Fostering Team currently has vacancies for Supervising Social Workers.

The Fostering Team provides support and supervision to approved foster carers. As a supervising social worker you will be responsible for a caseload of foster carers, carrying out foster carer annual reviews and working closely with other professionals to support placements. We are looking for experienced Social Workers ready to show creativity and initiative to support our carers with some of the most vulnerable children and young people to support them to achieve positive outcomes

Are you…
• HCPC registered with significant post-qualifying experience
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of and application of children’s legislation
• Experienced in using child protection policies and procedures
• Passionate about helping looked after children achieve
• Able to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
• Skilled at report writing and able to maintain accurate records
