We are looking for 3 full time Social Workers (37 hours) to join one of our Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Teams.

Don’t worry if you don’t have any direct experience in Fostering we know that you have transferrable skills and we have experienced team managers and social workers who will support your learning and development.

We are keen to hear from you if you share our enthusiasm, commitment and determination for Fostering and have good assessment and analytical skills. You will be part of a busy, vibrant and developing Fostering Service.

We are a learning organisation and are committed to practice education and developing staff through reflective practice and supervision.

We are looking for qualified and registered social workers who have a special ability to quickly form warm and nurturing relationships with Foster Carer Applicants ( both mainstream and private fostering) and Special Guardian applicants, to enable you to assess their suitability to care for our most vulnerable children.

Social Workers salary grade will be between £33,816.00 and £36,470.00.
