If you are an energetic and motivated health or social care professional with a commitment to excellence in practice and successful outcomes for people with a learning disability, then this role will appeal to you. You will have the necessary experience to lead and manage a team of dedicated, dynamic and highly skilled professionals managing complex cases within the community. With solid legal literacy in respect of working with adults, and strong communication skills the individuals will work alongside other dedicated managers, developing a network of support and resilience within the service.

The Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) is a model which is nationally recognised by NHSE as a fully integrated health and social care service that delivers seamless and innovative community support to adults across Cambridgeshire.

We have 2 opportunities available to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver the highest standard of support to adults with learning disabilities in Cambridge City, and South Cambridgeshire.

1 x Full Time Fixed Term Contract (1 Year) in City LDP

Regulations which come into force from 11th November will require employees over 18 who enter CQC-registered care homes in England to have completed a full course of authorised COVID-19 vaccine doses at least 2 weeks before 11th November, unless they have a medical exemption. As part of your pre-employment checks you will need to provide evidence of your vaccinations or medical exemption. Your employment will not commence until this evidence is received.
