The Job:
We are currently seeking someone with a broad range of experience working with a wide range of partners to lead and deliver projects that improve the infrastructure and environment of Brackley and Towcester

The post holder is expected to:

• Develop & deliver a range of projects and initiatives to improve the market towns.
• Establish relationships with local businesses, community and voluntary organisations
• Lead and co-ordinate management of the infrastructure, environment and public realm for the wellbeing of the towns.
• Manage a budget of Section 106 developer contributions.
• Promote and market the town centres for investment, business growth and increased visitors.
• Be the key point of contact representing the Council

The Person:
You will have experience working with businesses, community and voluntary organisations, leading and advising on ways to increase investment, business growth and customer footfall.

You will have a track record of successful project management, delivering projects on time and to budget. The ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate sound financial management are essential to this role. So too, is having the confidence to understand and identify opportunities for partnership working.

You will be someone who has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and thrives in a busy environment working closely with both internal and external colleagues.
