An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the successful, multi-agency Northamptonshire Youth Offending Service, aiming to reduce reoffending by working with young people, their families and victims.

This vacancy is for an Administrator based at our Northampton office supporting a countywide admin service. You will be the first point of contact for young people, their families, practitioners and professional staff and ideally you will have previous experience of working in a customer led environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. The ideal candidate will be flexible to take on a variety of tasks, including minute taking, whilst communicating confidently and effectively.

We need to appoint a self-motivated, organised Administrator to deliver professional support for Practitioners and the Management Team. Accuracy, attention to detail and use of initiative is required when raising and processing invoices, minuting meetings, correspondence and diary management. The successful candidate must have a confident working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet), experience of using computerised systems although training will be given. The ability to prioritise your workload whilst achieving deadlines, in a highly performing and changing environment, is essential. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection is imperative.

The salary range for the position is £19,528- £21,487 pro rata, per annum. Full Time 37 Hours, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
