We are looking to recruit a full time (37 hours per week) Young Peoples Worker to provide intensive 1:1 support for vulnerable young people. We are looking for a highly committed and hard working professional who will:
• Undertake assessments and coordinate multi-agency support to meet young people’s needs. You will help young people build their resilience and self-esteem. Your work will involve working with young people and their families or carers.
• Work with colleagues to help young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) to access appropriate learning, training or employment to improve their life chances.
• Develop and deliver targeted group work interventions to young people.
• Be willing to work some evenings.

Ideal candidates will be fully proficient at using IT systems.
