We have an exciting opportunity to join and support our highly motivated Project Office Team who specialise in the deployment of IT, Clinical Systems and development of new applications and solutions for NHS providers, predominantly Community and Mental Health Services.

As a Workstream Lead you will provide expertise in project leadership, design and planning in order to support the successful implementation of IM&T projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that project management methodology is adopted for all stages of the process of deployment, from project initiation through to final evaluation.

Applicants will be highly qualified with a degree level qualification (or equivalent experience) and will have project management skills, experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following project deployment areas; IT, Clinical and/or Corporate Systems and Development of new applications and solutions

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential along with a flexible approach and an ability to use your own initiative, often working to tight deadlines.

The post is based at RCI building in Kettering but the successful candidate must be willing to travel and work across all NHS sites in Northamptonshire.
