Property Services are looking to recruit a Reactive Maintenance/Customer Service Analyst to join their friendly team.

Working on the Property Helpdesk in a contact centre environment, you'll act as frontline support for all property and facilities related issues, questions or concerns. You'll need excellent customer service and communication and listening skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise incoming requests to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be able to problem solve and facilitate solutions to resolution. Facilities knowledge would be helpful, however, full training will be given.
