Enhanced Response Service Support Workers North Cambridgeshire

We are currently recruiting to a position for Enhanced Response Service Support Worker in Cambridgeshire. This role will be based across Cambridgeshire.

The Reablement Service provides successful, person focused short term support to adults at home to minimise their care needs and maximise their independence. We are a fast moving responsive service and want to hear from people with experience of managing domiciliary services, a passion for care provision and who want to make a difference for the people in Cambridgeshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is committed to coming up with the best solutions to help people to be as independent as possible in their own homes.

We have two services working together one to give immediate response (Enhanced) to calls for help and the other working to give people back as much as possible. We help adults who may have been unwell, had an accident or lost their confidence, which can be for many reasons.

The roles of Enhanced Response Services Support Workers are offered on a part time basis of a 35 hours contract under Scale 3 (SCP 5 £18,795 – SCP 6 £19,171 - Pro Rata (based on FTE of 37hrs)) and will be based with the team alternating between in Hereward Hall, March and Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon in addition to Shire Hall, Cambridge. The post will require flexible working, meaning this could include evening and weekend shifts with additional Bank Holiday cover when needed. This is a 24 hours service and there is also a night team in operation.
