An exciting opportunity has arisen within CamPlay Clubs.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Co-ordinator to work in conjunction with the CamPlay Co-ordinators to facilitate the delivery and management of Saturday, Holiday and Community Clubs across the county.

CamPlay is an established and growing service, offering support to disabled children, young people and their families. We run weekend clubs, evening clubs and holiday clubs in a range of venues across the county.
Based in Huntingdon but with an expectation to travel across the county, you will be supportive, creative and dynamic and constantly seeking opportunities to develop and improve these services. You will have the skills to sustain an ethos whereby the disabled children and young people who use the service are recognised as unique individuals and you will have a proven ability to promote the inclusion of these children and young people within their local communities.

Having experience of supporting a large and busy staff team, you will be able to confidently contribute to the recruitment, induction, training, development and supervision of staff, you will be skilful in the management of safeguarding and health and safety issues and able to deputise for the Co-ordinator in their absence.

Being confident to use a range of IT systems you will be able to maintain and develop documents and processes. You will have ability to confidently follow CamPlay policies and procedures and have good knowledge and experience of working within Ofsted regulations.
